At least eight miners are killed and 20 are caved in at the Soko mine in Serbia. The mine near Sokobanja was hit by a gas explosion early this morning, which made the walls cave in.
There were about 60 miners inside the shaft at the time of the explosion. Those nearest to the exit were able to get out, but 20 are still trapped inside.
