Turkey’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has extended its condolences to the governments and people of Bulgaria and Macedonia over the casualties and injuries in a fire that broke out in a nursing home in Varna and the accident of a passenger bus with Macedonia license plates near the city of Pernik on 22 and 23 November.
