Former economic director at the Skopje Gynecology Clinic, Valon Bela claims that the Secretary General of the Government, Dragi Raskovski, was involved in public procurement contracts at his clinic, Expres.mk reported.

Accusing him of corruption, Bela insulted Raskovski using the word “moton” in his comment in Albanian language.

Asked about how he could have been involved in health care contracts when Raskovski was the Secretary General of the government, Bela explained the scheme.

They have a director there. Companies that have been selected by setting up certain specifications (where other companies cannot bid) give a percentage to him and others like him to look like that the director has no connection with these companies. Only in Macedonia, the person who reveals the crime gets replaced, and in the developed countries, that person will get state protection, says Bela.

Last month, after he was removed from his position at the Gynecology Clinic by Minister Filipce, he filed several criminal charges against the director, for which the media wrote that she is close to the wife of Prime Minister Zaev.
