Two of the seven survivors of the devastating Besa bus accident will be discharged today from the Pirogov hospital in Sofia.
Bulgarian doctors operated on the survivors, who had burns, smoke inhalation and fractures, sustained during the fire and their frantic escape from the bus.
One of those that are being discharged is a Serbian citizen, who will be given transport home. Macedonian citizens who are discharged will be offered further treatment in hospitals in Macedonia.
A total of 45 passengers and drivers were killed in the disaster that happened on the Struma highway, halfway between Sofia and Dupnica.
