The trial chamber ruled on Bojan Jovanovski’s request for house arrest. Judge Vaska Nikolovska Masevska stated that she is not accepting it and that the conditions for his release were not fulfilled. The court finds that insufficient evidence has been provided about the medical care he needed and that it cannot be performed in detention.

Witness Vladimir Todorovic, who was on a business trip, did not show up today either. Dejan Pandelevski is due to testify as a witness tomorrow.
