We sincerely apologize and are heartbroken by the loss of Vanja’s early death. The Municipality of Centar has announced that a book of grief will be opened tomorrow at 9a.m. at the official gate of the “Johan Heinrich – Pestalozzi” school. They continued by saying that the school administration is currently getting ready for tomorrow in collaboration with multiple psychologists in order to help the pupils and interact with them in a way that would facilitate everyone’s ability to get past this awful incident.

The perpetrators of this heinous act must be held accountable as soon as possible, we call on the institutions to fully shed light on the case. We also appeal to the citizens to remain united in these difficult moments and not to fuel speculations. May Vanja’s path be bright, such a tragedy will never happen again,” Centar Municipality announced.

The Centar Municipality’s mayor, Goran Gerasimovski, along with every staff member send their sincere sympathies to Vanja’s family and loved ones. After the 14-year-old girl passed out on Monday morning, her body was discovered today. She was killed less than three hours after going missing, according to the authorities.
