Former Prime Minister Vlado Buckovski’s case for abuse of office when purchasing spare parts for army tanks expires, with a trial twist.

At today’s hearing in the “Tank Parts” case, the Public Prosecutor in the closing statment specified the indictment, after which the case’s statute of limitations expired. The defense however requested to give a closing statement at the next hearing scheduled for 22.11.2019 at 1:30 pm, according to the Coalition “All for Fair Trials”.
