The first aspect of the Conclusions show that Bulgaria is not alone in the blockade, ie a consensus has been reached at the level of member states that does not allow the opening of negotiations or the start of the first intergovernmental conference, Stefan Andonovski, member of the EC of VMRO-DPMNE said Wednesday on TV Telma’s “Top tema” show.

The second aspect for not starting Macedonia’s negotiations with the European Union, as Andonovski said, refers to the bilateral issues between Macedonia and Bulgaria with the good neighborly agreement that are now a condition for starting negotiations, and then opening each chapter separately.

The third aspect that I wanted to mention is that the Macedonian language is mentioned in the Frontex part, or that today the agreement between Macedonia and the European Union was not passed due to the problem that Bulgaria has with the Macedonian language. All these aspects completely block, annul the position of the Macedonian government, which said that it does not discuss identity issues and we see that they managed to insert exactly those identity issues with the Agreement to become a condition for starting negotiations, said Andonovski.
