The Healthcare Ministry informed that 12 patients died over the past day from Covid-19. Additional five patients who died last week but whose deaths were not registered at the time, were added to the report.

The ages of the deceased ranged from 60 to 91. The Ministry informed that 17 of them had prior health issues.

A total of 1,318 tests were conducted over the past day – a low number which is usual during the weekend – and of them 234 came back positive. With this, the number of active cases dropped to 6,318.
