The Council of Public Prosecutors received the report of the Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecution of Organized Crime and Corruption on all activities so far undertaken in the pre-investigation and investigation into the “Racket” case, including the detention ordered for Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva, who is a third suspect in the case.

The prosecution, led by Vilma Ruskovska in the report, reviewed the events and actions taken in connection with the “Racket” case, in which Bojan Jovanovski and Zoran Mileski are also suspects.

Council President Kole Sterjev, after receiving the report, is scheduled to set up a session at which the procedure for dismissing Janeva from the SPO chief will begin.
