The Healthcare Ministry reported 26 Covid deaths over the past day and a relatively low number of 758 new infections.

The deceased patients were aged between 42 and 87. Seven were from Skopje, five from Prilep and four from Ohrid. Their deaths have raised the total death toll of the epidemic to 2,340.

The new 758 cases were found in the 2,562 tests that were conducted. Skopje has 324 new cases, Prilep has 46 and Kumanovo – 43. There are currently 20,751 active cases: the number is on a slight downward trend. Of them, a little over half are in Skopje, while Tetovo has 956 cases. Prilep, Bitola, Kumanovo and Gostivar have seen declines in their numbers to between 500 and 770 cases.
