After dusting in the mountains, the first snow of the season fell in Skopje. The wind and the snow mixed with rain helped reduce the air pollution problem in the capital somewhat.

Macedonia had a very warm autumn which is now quickly turning into a proper winter, and with it the air pollution is quickly getting worse.
