The Minister of Foreign Affairs Bujar Osmani assures that Bulgaria cannot add conditions to the negotiating framework because, as he said, “No one can negotiate the negotiation framework”.

“I guarantee that Bulgaria won’t be able to add even a single additional demand to the ones stipulated in the negotiating framework”, Osmai concluded.
