Journalist Branko Geroski reacted to the authorities’ announcement to introduce, as he puts it, totalitarian legal restrictions on the constitutional right to “free gatherings” even though Article 21 of the Constitution states that “Citizens have the right to gather peacefully and to express public protest without prior notice and without special permission. The exercise of this right may be restricted only in a state of war or emergency. ”
What’s most comical is your intention to limit the time for public gatherings from 6am to 11pm. People, you are totally out of your mind!, Geroski said, adding that with this idiocy, they are only showing their own weaknesses, insecurity and fear of the forthcoming parliamentary elections.
