Katica Janeva’s defense began with the presentation of material evidence. Today’s “Racket” hearing first aired a 1TV talk show in which Janeva’ talks about the house arrest measure. She considered the house arrest measure to be less determined if the suspects cooperated with the investigation and gave assurances that they would not run away.

However, what draw most attention was the transaction account from NLB Bank from 1.9. 2018 to 1.9 2019 and the account shows that Janeva besides the salary on 5.7 2019 also had a payment by the Government.

Lawyer Deljo Kadiev did not say what the government’s payment to Janeva’s personal account was about.
