Former Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva, who is a third suspect in the “Racket” case, was taken to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption for questioning with a police vehicle and escorted by prison officials.
This is Janeva’s second testimony at the Public Prosecutor’s Office in relation to the “Racket” case, after she was interrogated as a witness on August 20 this year to be taken from her home in Skopje the following day, and the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption to report that it expanded the investigation into the case and sought 30-day detention for Janeva as a third suspect in the case.
Prosecutor Bojan Jovanovski was brought in for questioning at the prosecutor’s office on Monday. He was in the prosecution for an hour, but he refused to testify before the prosecutors.
