Symptomatically overnight, and only a few months before the election, the issue of the Constitutional Court’s decision becomes relevant, says VMRO-DPMNE President Hristijan Mickoski.

After all, the topic itself seems to be stimulated by the pro-government structures, it seems like a pre-election trap where we will have to go back to the old topics, in order to forget what is real, the dozens of corrupt and criminal deals that remain unpunished, and for which there are no investigations, like “Cash”, “Virus”, “Racket 1 and 2”, procurement of helicopters, a mayor beating an employee in the municipality, criminals at liberty…, says Mickoski.

When it comes to pardoning as a principle, Mickoski emphasized, and especially as we have someone at the head of the government who has already gone through the process and has been pardoned, I will say that I am a person who does not believe in and support pardoning as a principle, especially given this whole debate looking like preparing the ground for some future pardon of the Zaev family and people in power who are afraid of responsibility for the affairs now, as well as some sort of delayed government delivery for services to some people, obtained over the steps taken in recent months.

Although the government will now raise a dust, create fake non-existent topics and hypotheses, and point out how much they are opposed, the fact remains that this is a topic that only suits Zaev and SDSM.

I do not compromise with justice, neither now nor in the future, and to the end I will be for consistent application of the laws and the Constitution, establishment of independent judiciary and prosecution, as well as responsibility for any proven crime, stressed Mickoski.
