VMRO-DPMNE Vice President Aleksandar Nikoloski met Friday in Rome with Italian Senators Massimo Candura and Emanuel Pelegrini.

Senators Emanuel Pelegrini and Senator Massimo Candura are part of Italy’s parliamentary delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and are members of the Justice Committee of Italy. Senators Candura and Pelegrini are members of the top leadership of Salvini’s Lega party, and Senator Candura is also director of the Italy – United States Foundation.

The meeting focused on deepening of cooperation between VMRO-DPMNE and the Lega party, as two parties on the right political spectrum, as well as the enhancement of relations between Macedonia and Italy, the party informed.

It was concluded that both Macedonia and Italy face the same problems when the leftist are in power. Corruption, violation of the rule of law system, migration and a strong influence by Soros’s policies.
