Vice President Aleksandar Nikoloski was Wednesday on TV Alfa’s Otvoreno show where he spoke about his party’s presidential candidate Gordana Siljanovska Davkova.

At the moment we have the best solution that the Republic of Macedonia as a state can offer for President of the Republic of Macedonia. We have an absolutely stable person, known and recognized in her profession, he said.

He says she has never been involved in any scandal in her career. Nikoloski pointed out that Siljanovska Davkova’s strong position regarding the territorial division of Macedonia, as well as bilingualism, is important for him.

He said that SDSM and DUI cannot choose a consensual candidate, that such a candidate they will choose will be a candidate for Zaev and Ahmeti.

They cannot talk about consensus because they do not represent the majority of the people living in Macedonia, let alone represent them and to talk about consensus. If there were early elections they would have been defeated, as they will be defeated in the presidential elections. There is a consensual candidate for the Macedonian people, and that is Professor Gordana Siljanovska Davkova, said Nikoloski.
