The court ordered that showman Bojan Jovanovski – Boki 13 pays 11,000 EUR to the Acibadem Sistina hospital. The key figure of the Racket extortion scandal had a gastric bypass surgery performed in Sistina, but never paid the bill.

It is believed that this was part of his extortion campaign aimed at businessman Jordan Orce Kamcev, who founded the hospital. Boki 13 and his friend, disgraced Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva, extorted 1.5 million EUR from Kamcev and are believed to have extorted millions from other businessmen as well, with the ruling SDSM party as the main beneficiary.

During the trial, Boki 13 insisted that the operation was botched and that he is unable to attend hearings, while requesting that he is allowed into house arrest. The demand was recently granted. Boki is sentenced to nine years in prison, while Janeva was sentenced to seven years.
