I do not believe that Orce Kamcev’s Louis Vuitton bag contained a “GPS” device, says prosecutor Vilma Ruskoska in charge of the “Racket” case after new recordings allegedly featuring the witness’ voice were leaked.
I don’t believe there was a GPS device. The witness has not mentioned such a thing so far, neither in the minutes of receiving criminal charges, nor in the testimony given during the investigation, nor in the testimony at the main hearing, Ruskoska told Deutsche Welle.
Speaking about one of the audio leaks, in which it is discussed how the “Racket” tapes ended up in the online edition of the Italian newspaper “La Verita”, Ruskoska reaffirmed her position that they did not leak from the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the prosecution of organized crime.
I do not believe that any prosecutor took the recordings and gave them to Mickoski. I am sure they did not come out from us, primarily because of the internal procedures and the way they were kept. And the fact that they were in a locked room eliminates that possibility, the prosecutor said.
