New audio leaks in the Racket case appeared today. An anonymous Youtube channel again posted several private conversations that appear to include businessman Jordan Orce Kamcev – the key person in the racketeering scandal.

The recordings show Kamcev in a rowdy converstion with several other people, apparently in a restaurant, with background music. The conversation is again chopped up, with only brief segments of what Kamcev is saying being uploaded. Still, it includes an interesting comment from Kamcev that “there was a GPS in the metal handle”, before being asked “did he give it to him?” and answering “I don’t know, the suitcase is not with Zaev”.

This leak is reviving two widely spread theories about the racketeering scandal – that Kamcev placed a tracker in the bag he used to give money to Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva and that the money were ultimately meant for top Government officials, including the now outgoing Prime Minister Zoran Zaev himself. Kamcev’s testimony last week and that of his wife Ana Kamceva yesterday revealed lots of new information about the extortion scandal, but did not answer a key question – where did the 1.5 million EUR Kamcev paid in two installments end up – whether with Kamceva and her direct underlings or if they were spread among her political allies in the SDSM party. Kamcev was asked directly by the press after his testimony if he bugged the bag and he denied it.

Another recording has Kamcev discussing whether “we should give Vilma anything”, referring to the organized crime prosecutor Vilma Ruskoska who is now going after Katica Janeva, while going easy on the politicians allegedly involved in the extortion. Another comment from the initial Youtube leaks is again heard, with Kamcev elaborating how a deal should be made and “bloodshed” avoided. The persons who should reconcile are less clear now, but the initial tapes appeared to be his call to “bury the hatchets” with the Zaev family, who Kamcev warned will also be badly affected by the judicial assault against him.

The leaks also show Kamcev apparently orchestrating the public campaign against Janeva and the Zaev regime which started over the summer and led to Janeva’s arrest in August. Kamcev says that “Gero will be shooting at them now”, an apparent reference to journalist Branko Geroski, who published much of the allegations against Katica Janeva.

Another leak has Kamcev laughing at the high viewership numbers of a recording, apparently one of the La Verita tapes which showed now charged racketeers Bojan Jovanovski – Boki 13 and Zoran Mileski – Zoki Kiceec taking a bag full of money from Kamcev’s home.

The “bombs” (wiretaps revealed by Zoran Zaev in 2015) had 300.000 views and this has a million and a half views in 24 hours. It’s all a different story when they see the cash, Kamcev says, before again joking how Boki 13 was dismayed when he saw that the bribe he is taking, believed to be a million EUR in a Louis Vuitton bag, is being in 50 EUR bills.

Lastly, the tapes show Kamcev and the people around him loudly and colorfully speculating if Boki 13 is having an affair with Zoki Kiceec and speculating that one of them is being paid for it, before adding “there is no accounting for taste”.
