The State Election Commission held Thursday its 26th session, at which the draft-instruction on the manner of determining the voter’s identity, which arose from the new amendments to the Electoral Code, was unanimously adopted.

One of the changes is that citizens can vote with an expired ID documents, which has expired from the day of the announcement until the day of the elections, said SEC Vice President Ditmire Shehu.
