The State Election Commission (SEC) received a total of 311 complaints for violation of voting rights by 3 pm, of which 268 were accepted, 25 were rejected, while 18 of them are on the voter list, SEC, Aleksandar Dastevski said at a press conference.

No serious irregularities have been reported, while all issues with the fingerprint devices have been resolved.

Voting runs peacefully using the fingerprint devices, without any issues, says Dastevski.
