At the five border crossings that remain open, citizens sign statements that they will remain in self-isolation.
I urge the citizens to seriously follow the instructions and recommendations of the authorities, to be up to their personal responsibility and to help us and ourselves, interim Prime Minister Oliver Spasovski, appealed Sunday to all citizens, especially to those traveling to Macedonia.
At the five border crossings that remain open, citizens sign statements that they will remain in self-isolation. So I urge them and their families to respect this. Anyone who has to be in self-isolation must do so. We have police officers who follow the actions of such citizens and the strictest sanctions will be imposed on anyone who does not self-isolate after arriving in the country. Once again I would like to express my gratitude to the police, the army, the doctors, the medical staff – they are devoting time and knowledge to helping us round-the-clock, Spasovski said.
