Oliver Spasovski, the Minister of Interior, is currently leading a delegation on a visit to the United States from January 10-12.
The Ministry of Interior disclosed that Minister Spasovski is slated to hold meetings with several high-profile officials during this visit. Among them are James O’Brien, the Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, Bruce Swartz, the Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Ambassador Todd Robinson, responsible for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, and Nathaniel Fick, the U.S. Ambassador at Large for Cyberspace and Digital Policy.
In addition to these scheduled meetings, Spasovski is also set to engage with Robert Paschall, the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Affairs at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, along with Congresswomen Claudia Tenney and Lisa McClain. Furthermore, the agenda includes meetings with representatives from the United Macedonian Diaspora board.
Moreover, Spasovski will be in attendance at a reception specifically organized for the Macedonian diaspora residing and contributing to the United States, as indicated in the press release from the Ministry of Interior.
