In the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, the expert commission publicly unveiled the bids on Friday for the public call 09-12895/1, with the aim of awarding a contract for the universal supply of electricity, as initially published on December 11, 2023.
According to information provided by the Commission, three economic operators submitted their bids within the specified deadline, proposing gross margins of 11.4%, 11.4%, and 11.45%, respectively, as stated in a government press release.
The press release further stated, “EVN Macedonia and ESM Sales both offered a gross margin of 11.4%. Conversely, the group of bidders, EDS, Pan Intertrade, presented the highest margin of 11.45%.”
The entire procedure is expected to conclude within six months from the day of the publication in the Official Gazette of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia’s decision to initiate the process for selecting a universal electricity supplier, which was published on October 20, 2023. The Commission aims to finalize the evaluation in the coming week, with a scheduled public auction by the end of this month, according to the press release.
