Zaev’s Government signed a memorandum of cooperation with the George Soros funded Open Society Foundation which will prepare the Government’s strategy for communications with the public.

Minister Robert Popovski signed the contract for the Government. It will include introducing NGO groups who cooperate with the Soros foundation into the public communication of the Government.

The umbrella organization strongly supported Zaev and his SDSM party co-organizing their Colored Revolution, and after Zaev’s power grab, left wing NGO groups are being included in the operations of the Government at all levels.
