Last diplomatic efforts are being made for Macedonia to get a date for start of EU accession negotiations. Top officials will lobby until the last minute for a positive decision at the European Council meeting in Brussels, President Stevo Pendarovski said, noting that he does not want to believe that the country has lost chances to start accession negotiations.

Tomorrow afternoon will be known whether Macedonia will receive a positive formulation from Brussels when the final decision of the leaders of the EU member states will be officially announced. And in case of a negative decision, as Pendarovski mentioned, Europe and our integration remains the only option.
