Torture is inflicted on Mile Janakieski. After today the Appellate Court accepted the appeal of his defense and he was released from house arrest, the prosecutor in the Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime Vilma Ruskoska requested a new detention.
As “Republika” has learnt, Ruskoska cannot reconcile that he is free and wants to see him in detention at any cost. Janakieski was given a measure that he can defend himself from freedom in the “TNT” case.
She is seeking detention in the “April 27” case, where there is a first instance verdict and appeals are still pending.
The court and the prosecution are exerting unprecedented pressure on Mile Janakieski and are demanding that at all costs there be verdicts for “TNT” and “Toplik” by December 15, while other cases are constantly postponed.
