Economy Minister Kreshnik Bekteshi announced that it’s possible to allow restaurants to cater wedding again starting in late May. Owners of this type of restaurants have been protesting for months, and are financially ruined with the ban introduced last year.

Bekteshi said that restrictions are being relaxed across the board, with the reduction in new cases. Receptions would still have to be held in the open, with proper distancing.
