Cheap international flights, which were canceled because of the pandemic, will be brought back as soon as countries open their borders again, Minister of Transport and Communications Blagoj Bocvarski announced Sunday.

We are working on returning flights, but this is not an issue that should be discussed unilaterally, but also refers to the bilateral relations between two countries, Bocvarski said Sunday in response to a reporter’s question at an event marking the introduction of a new direct line between Skopje and Kiev.

He pointed out that 69.5 million denars have been allocated for subsidizing cheap flights in 2021.
