Cost of living is well above the average salary, SSM union estimates

The SSM union published its estimate for the minimum consumption costs for December 2020. It is put at 33,697 denars (550 EUR), or one and a quarter average salary.

The union estimates the cost for food per household at 14,000 denars (230 EUR), housing is estimated at 11,000 denars and hygiene products at 2,380 denars.
