Yesterday at 20:10, SVR Tetovo police officers detained a 47-year-old individual from Brvenica, Tetovo, based on a report from a 46-year-old individual from Slatino, Tetovo. The report claimed that the detained person, while employed at Tetovo Clinical Hospital, filmed their spouse without authorization in the hospital ward. The incident resembles a previous case involving Walton Dervishi, dubbed the “TikTok-anesthesiologist,” who, seven months ago, received a 15-month prison sentence and a seven-year work license revocation by the Medical Chamber for live streaming vulnerable patients during treatment. Dervishi admitted guilt, apologized to patients, and faced charges of “negligent work in the service” and “unauthorized recording.”
