Twenty patients died over the past day from Covid-19 the Healthcare Ministry informed. The ages of the deceased ranged from 60 to 95 and the total number of deaths due to the pandemic has now reached 8,768.

The Ministry also informed 465 new cases were diagnosed out of 1,707 tests. The number of active cases rose to 9,700.
