The Macedonian Foreign Ministry said that it is still working to extract citizens from Ukraine, with the aid of partner and allied countries.

According to the Ministry, there are no reports of any Macedonian citizens being injured or under threat so far. “The information changes from hour to hour and we can’t share them for practical reasons”, the Ministry added.

Over 20 citizens left the country ahead of the Russian invasion, but about 100 are believed to still be in Ukraine.
