The Macedonian Government announced its readiness to receive refugees from Ukraine, if the situation there deteriorates further.

Macedonia has shown its open heart and has helped in similar situations in teh past. The Government will offer its assistance in the case of escalation in Ukraine. Prime Minister Kovacevski will speak on the phone today with Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and this will be one of the topics, said Government spokesman Dusko Arsovski.
