Ahead of the decision on the date for start of negotiations with the European Union, VMRO-DPMNE Vice President Aleksandar Nikoloski says that all the information they have said that Macedonia will not receive a positive decision in October.
The best we can expect is to form a team of representatives of five European institutions that will monitor the situation in the field of rule of law and fight against corruption for at least one and at most two years, after which it will be assessed whether the country is ready to start negotiations, Nikoloski told Kanal 5.
