According to the analysis of the base stations and mobile phones owned by Aleksandar Vasilevski – Ninja, it is becoming clearer and clearer that the “duty witness” of the prosecutor Vilma Ruskoska lied in the “April 27″ case trial.

At today’s hearing, the forensic expert prof. Dr. Miroslav Kotevski presented his analysis of Ninja’s movement according to the base stations where his two mobile phones, 076 444-… and 075 285-…, both owned by “Aristocrat Cafe”, were registered.

Through a list of phone calls provided by his movement on April 27, the forensic expert determined that Ninja was moving around Macedonia Square and the Parliament building.

On the specific day, April 27, Ninja was spotted for the first time from the base station of VMRO-DPMNE after 22 h, specifically at 22:19 h. The expert assumes that Ninja only approached or passed by the headquarters, but did not enter, because immediately afterwards Ninja received a call from the phone number 075 285-… from the so-called base station “Almako”, near the Italian Embassy.

The forensic expert said that it was impossible for both numbers to be used by the same person at different locations at the same time, because for a short period of time there was an attempt to establish communication from different base stations, which means Ninja did not have his two mobile phones with him.

The forensic expert’s testimony refuted the previous various testimonies of Ninja, that on April 27 he was in the headquarters of VMRO-DPMNE around 17 h, according to one version, around 18 h, as he claimed in another version, ie 18:45 h, as he claimed in the third version.

Whichever of the four versions of Ninja is taken as true, although the very existence of four versions indicates that the witness Ninja lied, is not supported by material evidence and data as the analysis of the base stations presented by Professor Kotevski.

What is unclear is why prosecutor Ruskoska herself did not order such a forensic examination in the first case, in which with the help of the testimony of the proven witness-collaborator Ninja, 15 people were sentenced to over 200 years in prison, as well as the question why judge Dobrila Kacarska did not see such an obvious fact, but based its verdict on a huge part of the evidently false testimony of Vasilevski-Ninja?

Kotevski also said that Ninja had an unsuccessful attempt to communicate with Spiro Ristovski. There was only an outgoing call, but no communication, namely Ristovski did not answer. This call was also not noticed by mobile operators.
