Joint candidate for president, Stevo Pendarovski, at a public debate with Butel residents on Monday, noted that this municipality has been an example for how the concept of a society for all and the unity among the citizens of different ethnic communities should function.

Here, in this municipality, I spent most of my life with people from all ethnic communities. My slogan is Forward Together; it means unification, not divisions. One society for all is the concept that we started to realize since 2016. I will be the president of all citizens and I will not divide people according to their religious, national or political affiliation, said Pendarovski.

Presidential candidate Pendarovski emphasized that this generation of politicians has tackled the most difficult issues which led to an invitation for NATO membership and in June to get a date for the start of accession negotiations with the EU.
