President Stevo Pendarovski is paying an official visit to Italy on Wednesday. In Rome, he will be welcomed with the highest state and military honors by the Italian President, Sergio Mattarella. The two presidents will hold a meeting, followed by a plenary meeting of the two delegations.

President Stevo Pendarovski will also have a meeting with the speaker of the lower house of the Italian Parliament, Roberto Fico, as well as a joint meeting with Senator Ettore Licheri, Chairman of the Committee on European Affairs, Senator Luciano D’Alfonso, Chairman of the Interparliamentary Friendship Group and members of the committees of the Senate on Foreign Affairs, Defense, European Affairs and the Group for Cooperation with the Republic of Macedonia.

In the framework of his official visit to Italy, President Pendarovski will deliver a lecture at the Faculty of Political Science, Sociology and Communications at the Sapienza University of Rome.
