President Stevo Pendarovski is going to have his annual address before the Parliament today. 

The event is expected to be dominated by the growing dispute with Bulgaria, where Pendarovski made a slight divergence from Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, although he didn’t go as far as condemn Zaev’s new policy on Bulgaria, like many of the Skopje based wing of the SDSM party did.
