Defense Minister Radmila Sekerinska leaves room for a possible postponement of the early parliamentary elections scheduled for April 12, depending on when Spain can ratify the country’s NATO accession protocol. In an interview with “360 Degrees”, Sekerinska says that option has not been debated so far, but has not been completely ruled out.
The moment we have all the data, then we have to make decisions. Everything in between will be speculation. Our first priority is that we found it difficult not to miss it. We called all NATO members, urged them by special procedures to speed up ratification, and it would be irresponsible when the ball comes to our yard, we say: now we’re on a three-to-four-month break, says Sekerinska.
