Trial in the ‘Titanic’ case over election fraud resumed on Tuesday at the Skopje-based Criminal Court.
A longtime employee of the administrative services, but now retired – Ljiljana Potic and a witness at today’s trial in the Titanic case told the court that she had no knowledge of a regulation or law limiting the number of people who could or could not live on the same address. Asked by the defendant Ilija Dimovski whether she knows that the voting rights of the citizens of Macedonia if they hold citizenship is the same as the one in Canada or Australia or Korca from Albania, she answered affirmatively and added that it is in accordance with the Constitution of Macedonia.
