The leader of the Democratic Union Pavle Trajanov blamed Zoran Zaev for the current complex political situation in the country.

Trajanov believes that both the outgoing Prime Minister and the SDSM party will suffer consequences after Zaev’s resignation as Prime Minister and as SDSM leader.

It is not so simple and easy to overthrow a government, there will be consequences whether through the resignation of the current Prime Minister or through a no-confidence vote. I think that Zaev initiated this overall situation that is happening now. I am sure that Zoran Zaev and SDSM will bear the consequences for this. But it is the opposition’s legitimate right to unite and demand resignation because the main goal of every political party is to come to power, Trajanov said.
