The license number used by the bus involved in the accident that happened in Bulgaria on Tuesday doesn’t match its real license number, which means that the bus was using the license of another vehicle registered to Besa Trans, thus violating the Law on Road Transport, the Ministry of Transport and Communications said in a press release on Friday.

As the carrier entered and left the country, the Ministry of Transport and Communications points out that they are not a body that has the authority to control and that this information should be proven by international and domestic investigative bodies.

The “Besa Trans” company did not have a certificate from the license for international free transport of passengers for the fatal bus, and this bus is not registered in the electronic database of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
