In a press conference, VMRO-DPMNE spokesman Naum Stoilkovski called for an investigation into the International Association, a charity group ran by Bojan Jovanovski – Boki 13, which was allegedly used to launder money from his racketeering exploits.

The call comes after it was reported that a large major company from Bitola paid 750.000 EUR to this charity, ostensibly in order to build low income housing.

Prosecutors must expand their investigation toward this “charity” and investigate what role it had in the extortion. The board of the association includes people such as SDSM official Frosina Remenski, SDSM spokesman Kostadin Kostadinov, Enver Maliqi – the deputy Mayor of Skopje and Vladimir Bogoev – father of Karpos Mayor Stefan Bogoev. Prosecutors led by Ruskoska need to investigate how many other businesses paid huge sums of money to this organization, and what role did these SDSM officials play in its activities? Stoilkovski said.

It is believed that the extortion group, which included Boki 13 but also allegedly top SDSM official and Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva, would get some of its money in cash, but would also pressure businesses to purchase hugely overpriced ad buys in Boki 13’s 1TV television or donate money to his charity.
