As long as the pardoned criminal Zoran Zaev is in power there can be no justice in Macedonia. A person who has been pardoned three times for serious crime cannot be expected to establish the rule of law, VMRO-DPMNE said in a press release.

No one in Macedonia believes that a criminal mind like Zoran Zaev is involved in the biggest criminal affair in independent Macedonia, the Racket case. Zoran Zaev is the head of the criminal octopus! Foreign media have released tapes clearly showing Boki 13 taking millions through rackets on behalf of special prosecutor Katica Janeva. The whole public is talking about the role of the prosecutor in the case, the roles of Kiki, Friki, Sheki and everyone else, and the prosecution ignores these allegations. Ruskovska went on vacation amid the biggest criminal affair in Macedonia’s history. Such frivolous behavior by the prosecution is shameful at least. Zoran Zaev’s favorite prosecutor has been persuading the Macedonian public for a month that Boki 13 was engaged in racketeering throughout Macedonia alone without the support of the highest government structures and without Janeva’s support, reads VMRO-DPMNE’s statement.

The party says that there must be accountability for this scandal. The prosecution has to get rid of the authorities’ restraints becomes otherwise it becomes an accomplice in Zoran Zaev’s crimes.
