High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini Tuesday evening is hosting working and farewell dinner for the leaders of the Western Balkans. Only Albanian PM Edi Rama does not attend the dinner due to his visit to Greece.

Prime Minister Zoran Zaev thanked Mogherini for her support also via Facebook.

Federica was our support both in times of crisis and in times of success. A true friend of our people and of all Western Balkan countries. Tonight, we gathered with the leaders in the region in her honor in Brussels to wrap up a serious chapter of her career. Federica, thank you for your dedication, your commitment is very important for the transformation of the Balkans into a region of peace and stability, wrote Zaev.

Mogherini is due to leave her post in the coming weeks as soon as the new European institutions take office.
