Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, at a public debate in Kumanovo on Tuesday, within the presidential campaign for support of Stevo Pendarovski, said he is no longer the president of the Judicial Reform Council. He gave this answer to a suggestion from a visitor who said that a prime minister should not head such a commission.
I resigned from the Judicial Reform Council, I am no longer its head. I had to be at the beginning to start it moving, and now the head is justice minister is Renata Trenevska Desoska, said Zaev.
Prime Minister Zaev, became the head of the reform council a year ago when the government formed the Council for Monitoring the Implementation of the Strategy in the Judiciary 2017-2022 at the regular 57th session.
